This equipment adopts solid oxalic acid as catalyst and is suitable for rapid catalytic debinding of metal injection molding and ceramic injection molding (MIM/CIM) products.

Operating environment and supporting requirements
- Separate partition (solid wall, thickness not less than 12cm) is required for debinding workshop. Ceiling suspended ceiling and glass door are not recommended. Color steel plate door or stainless steel door are recommended.
- The plant height shall be no less than 4.5m, and the plant height shall be more than 4m.
- The concrete pouring thickness of the ground shall be no less than 15cm (the total weight of the equipment shall be about 2.2T, and the bearing weight per unit area of the ground shall be no less than 0.5t /㎡);
- Reliable electrical grounding, the grounding resistance is recommended to be less than 10 ohms;
- Gas (nitrogen, compressed air) is very important to the operation and safe production of the equipment. It is necessary to use the gas regulator to supply the specified pressure and to carry out the construction of the gas pipeline by a professional and qualified construction unit.
