High Performance Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace Full Range Sizes Available
Description:
The pressure sintering furnace is suitable for sintering in high pressure nitrogen atmosphere. It is helpful to increase the sintering density of materials and improve the mechanical properties of materials. The pressure sintering furnace has excellent structure, strength and density. Continuous differential pressure degreasing, vacuum sintering and pressure sintering process can be realized. It has atmosphere regulating function, stable atmosphere and easy control of product quality. The pressure control in the furnace can achieve constant pressure sintering.

Pressurizes and Heats
Heats under pressurized gas conditions and performs sintering in a pressurized gas environment.
Performs Degassing, Dewaxing and Sintering (Pressure Sintering) in Sequence
Uses internal tight box to discharge binder vapors and prevent them from adhering to or contaminating furnace walls or the heat-insulating layer.
High-Performance Cooling
Uses pressurized gas and cooling fan for cooling process, increasing cooling efficiency.
